How to find your Tibia world Discord and check its booking rules

Use a current community route, verify the invite before joining, and understand the booking policy before you choose a world or rely on a spawn reservation.

Community coordination, not in-game authority: a server is not a CipSoft service merely because it uses a Tibia world name. Its booking policy is a community convention, not an official Tibia rule or an in-game right.

Why finding the right server is harder than it should be

There is no single reliable directory for every Tibia world community. A world may have one broad server, several guild servers, an invite shared only in-game, or no current public Discord at all.

Invites expire, communities move, and old search results remain visible. This guide therefore does not publish a directory of invites. It gives you a repeatable way to find the current route and decide whether it is safe and useful.

Find a current route

Ask people already on the exact Tibia world

Ask in World Chat or Advertising, or ask a teammate, guild leader, or established player. Request both the current server name and the current invite so you can compare the preview with what they described.

Ask whether the server is world-wide, guild-specific, or limited to an alliance. A guild server can be active and useful without representing the whole world.

Confirm the same server through a second current source when possible. An unsolicited message from a new character or unknown account should not be your only proof.

Inspect the invite before you trust it

Check that the Discord preview matches the expected world, community, language, and purpose. A large member count or the word “official” is not proof of CipSoft endorsement.

Prefer a direct Discord invite over shortened or redirected links. If a link unexpectedly asks you to log in, open Discord directly and check the exact domain instead of entering credentials through the message.

Never share your Tibia or Discord password, authorization token, backup codes, or a QR login. Do not download a tool or paste code merely to gain server access. Enable two-factor authentication on accounts you value.

Before the first booking

Read the rules that decide who gets a slot

A booking channel is useful only when members can understand the policy. Find these answers before relying on it:

  • Who is eligible, and is the system open to the world or only selected guilds?
  • How far ahead may someone book, for how long, and with which character?
  • Are limits applied per character, Discord account, guild, or role?
  • Does a busy spawn use creation-order queueing, role priority, or another published rule?
  • What happens after a cancellation, late arrival, no-show, or expired offer?
  • Where can a member ask for a factual correction or dispute a moderator action?
  • How are newcomers told about the policy before a conflict happens?

If the answers are missing, ask before booking. An unwritten exception known only to long-time members is not a transparent rule.

Know the boundary

Separate coordination from in-game enforcement

Discord booking, letters, and community schedules are external coordination methods. They do not create an official right to a hunting ground, and no website or bot can see or control physical occupancy inside Tibia.

Clear rules can still save time for players who choose to participate. Good communities explain the system calmly, make the policy easy to find, and provide a correction path instead of using threats or pretending that community moderators are CipSoft staff.

If you meet someone who has not seen the policy, share the current rules and ask about their plan. Do not treat an unknown player as proof that a tool failed or that one side has automatic authority.

Before choosing a world

Check whether the community fits how you play

Look beyond the invite count. Check the main languages, active hours, access requirements, booking coverage, hunting-team channels, event activity, and how questions or disagreements are handled.

Observe the server before transferring a character or reorganising a guild. A busy server may not serve your timezone, while a smaller guild server may have exactly the team-hunt or boss activity you need.

If no reliable world server exists, use a guild or team server and keep the scope honest. Organisers can start with a small channel plan, published rules, and one seven-day workflow instead of claiming to represent an entire world.

  • The preview matches the expected world and community scope.
  • No unfamiliar login, QR code, download, token, or password is required.
  • Eligibility, limits, priority, cancellation, and dispute rules are visible.

  • Its language, active hours, activities, and moderation fit your needs.
