Dominando Tibia operations

Task-focused tutorials

Set up Dominando for your Tibia Discord server.

Start with the setup path, then jump straight to the job you need. Every walkthrough gives the exact command, permission boundary, and expected result.

Tutorial 01 · Server manager

Install Dominando and connect the server

Installing the app, granting channel permissions, linking a group, and creating channels are separate, deliberate steps.

Permission: choose manual setup for existing channels, or automatic setup to add Manage Channels. Discord asks for approval after you select the server.
  1. 1
Choose Add Dominando to Discord, select automatic or manual channel setup, then select the server and approve the permissions shown by Discord.
  2. 2
If your group already exists on the web, copy its invite code and run /dominando link group:ABCDEF.
  3. 3
Nothing has created channels yet. With the automatic permission choice, run /dominando setup. With manual setup, choose existing destinations in web Group Settings → Discord setup.
  4. 4
Run /dominando status. Expect a private response showing linked groups, the default, live boards, and whether each group recorded a real workflow in the last 30 days. When every linked group is active, the response includes an optional setup page to share with another interested organiser.
  5. 5
For multiple groups, run /dominando default group:ABCDEF to choose the group used when commands omit group:. Configure their shared channels manually.
Tutorial 02 · Every member

Link and verify a Tibia character

Your linked character is the identity used for group membership, claims, events, and online presence.

  1. 1
Run /dominando character link name:Your Character.
  2. 2
Dominando validates the character and returns a private ownership code.
  3. 3
Add that code to the character’s Tibia.com comment and save the profile.
  4. 4
Run /dominando character verify name:Your Character.
  5. 5
Confirm the result with /dominando character list.
Tutorial 03 · Team setup

Create a group or join one

Use a verified linked character on the group’s Tibia world. Manage Server permission also lets Dominando connect the result to this Discord server automatically.

  1. 1
To lead a new team, run /dominando group create name:War Team character:Your Character.
  2. 2
To join an existing team, run /dominando group join invite:ABCDEF character:Your Character.
  3. 3
Run /dominando group list and confirm the group is marked linked or default where expected.
  4. 4
A server manager can connect an unlinked existing group with /dominando link group:ABCDEF.
Tutorial 04 · Daily hunts

Find and claim a spawn

Spawn search uses a linked character’s live level and vocation by default, while claiming applies the same schedule and eligibility rules as the web calendar. Organisers can also follow the complete fair spawn claim playbook.

  1. 1
Run /dominando spawn find. Dominando reads your linked character’s current Tibia profile and hides grounds above its level or outside its vocation.
  2. 2
When several characters are linked, add character:Name. To inspect everything deliberately, add catalog:true; locked and vocation-mismatched results are marked.
  3. 3
Search more narrowly with query:rotten, or show everything free now with /dominando spawn available.
  4. 4
Run /dominando claim schedule spawn:Rotten Blood date:2026-08-13 to see that server-save day’s 48-block timeline, exact claims, and free gaps. Omit date: for the current server-save day.
  5. 5
Book now with /dominando claim create spawn:Rotten Blood duration:120 start:now, or use a relative start such as +2h or an exact ISO-8601 timestamp.
  6. 6
Run /dominando claim list and keep the short claim reference. Cancel with /dominando claim cancel claim:REFERENCE confirm:true.
Tutorial 05 · Events

Create an event and fill the roster

A rich announcement gives members the local date, relative countdown, host, group, world, duration, signup route, and direct event link. Use the complete quest and boss event playbook or the focused team hunt planner.

Permissions: group admins create and cancel. Members list, inspect, join, and leave.
  1. 1
    Create a fixed-time event with /dominando event create title:Library Final start:+2h duration:30 description:Bring supplies.
  2. 2
Members run /dominando event list and copy the event slug shown in the response.
  3. 3
Join with /dominando event join event:library-final role:EK. Choices include every vocation plus Bench, Late, Tentative, and Absence.
  4. 4
Check coverage with /dominando event roster event:library-final.
  5. 5
Leave or cancel only with the command’s required confirm:true option.
Tutorial 06 · Group operations

Work the transfer desk and hunting list

These commands appear as useful operational paths when the corresponding group feature is enabled.

Permissions: members can read permitted records. Group admins add and update operational state.
  1. 1
Review discovered obligations with /dominando transfer list.
  2. 2
Copy a short reference, then update it with /dominando transfer update transfer:REFERENCE status:fee_due fee:250.
  3. 3
Review active cases and presence with /dominando hunted list.
  4. 4
    Add a validated character with /dominando hunted add character:Target reason:Reason priority:high.
  5. 5
When policy changes, run /dominando hunted update case:REFERENCE status:resolved note:Resolved by leadership.
  6. 6
In web or Activity Group Settings → Operations settings, choose a hunted-online alert channel. Each transfer rule can select a different channel, and valid changes save automatically.
Tutorial 07 · Quick check

See who is online

One compact command combines linked group membership with any visible active hunting-list presence.

  1. 1
Run /dominando online in the linked server.
  2. 2
Dominando resolves the default group and queries live data for that Tibia world.
  3. 3
On a multi-group server, repeat with group:ABCDEF to choose another team explicitly.
Tutorial 08 · Personal comfort

Choose your response language

Commands keep one stable English vocabulary, while private results follow your personal setting.

  1. 1
Run /dominando language set language:Polski and choose English, Polski, Español, or Português.
  2. 2
Confirm it with /dominando language show.
  3. 3
The preference follows your Discord identity across servers and linked characters. If you never choose one, Dominando uses English.
Tutorial 09 · Shared updates

Give every update the right Discord channel

Commands are complete on their own. Add only the shared feeds your team wants, and choose any bot-visible text channel regardless of its name or emoji.

  1. 1
For spawn activity, run /dominando board group:ABCDEF channel:#dominando-spawns. Confirm one board message appears and updates in place instead of posting claim spam.
  2. 2
Open web Group Settings → Discord setup to review the live board, spawn Forum, standard channel set, and event feed.
  3. 3
For hunted-online alerts, select a destination under Operations settings → Discord alert delivery. For incoming transfers, choose a destination on each automatic transfer rule.
  4. 4
Run /dominando open for the embedded weekly schedule, or continue using commands for daily work.

Fast troubleshooting

Read the private response first.

Dominando explains the current permission, membership, world, feature, or confirmation boundary without exposing it to the channel.

Group not found

Run /dominando status in the same server. Ask a manager to link the group, or supply its code when several groups are available.

Character is ineligible

Run Character List, confirm the world, finish verification, and check that the character still belongs to the selected group.

Action is denied

Discord Manage Server controls installation setup. Persisted Dominando member, admin, and owner roles control group data.

Reference does not match

Run the matching List command again and copy the short claim, transfer, or case reference from the current private response.

Feature is unavailable

Transfer desk and hunting-list commands respect group feature configuration. Ask a group administrator to enable the needed workflow.

Nothing changed

Destructive actions require confirm:true. Discord shows that required boolean before the command can run.

A channel is missing

Dominando lists only text channels visible to the installed bot. Check the bot’s View Channel and Send Messages permissions, then refresh the destinations.
